We currently provide consulting engineering, laboratory and field testing services, imaging, and rapid-prototype manufacturing. Clients include attorneys and insurance companies needing analysis of incidents and education for non-technical audiences.

 

 

BRC's Facility Includes:

 

Over 10,000 square feet of high-bay, full wash-down work area for large-scale inspection and testing, served by a megawatt of 3-phase power.

 

 

 

 

 

Two scanning electron microscopes, one of them field emission for uncoated, non-conductive specimens such a fractured plastics, both with EDS and electronic image capture.

 

 

 

 

 

Traditional stereo microscopes.

 

 

 

 

 

Auto shop with hoist, emissions analyzer, and sophisticated brake testing tools.

 

 

 

 

 

Machine shop for fabrication and specimen preparation.

 

 

 

 

Chemistry and life-sciences infrastructure, including fume hoods, microtome, and transmissive and fluorescent microscopy.

 

 

 

 

High-volume paper digitizing system including heavy paper shear, high-speed scanner farm, and compression-OCR server.

 

 

 

 

Imaging capabilities including conventional photography, high-speed freeze-frame, and rollout scanning.
